Since Halloween is over and I’m not quite ready to put up Christmas decorations, I wanted some decor for the house that represented Autumn and Thanksgiving and the whole fall season. However, I didn’t want to spend a lot of money, because as we all know, it’s only a few weeks until Thanksgiving and after dinner and naps, Christmas decorations will be going up at our house. So, I made a quick trip to the new Hobby Lobby that opened up in our town (since I’d never been in one, I needed to check it out anyway), and came out the things to make this super festive and super easy fall wreath for under $15.00. Winning!
All I used for this wreath was:
- 18″ Natural Grapevine Wreath
- Roll of wired Ribbon
- Enamel Coiled Floral Annealed Wire
- Dyed Raffia
- Floral Stem(s) of your choice
Basically, I attached the floral stem piece to the wreath with the floral wire and made a bow with with wired ribbon. Then I attached the bow with the dyed raffia and what do you know, super easy fall wreath complete! Just hang with any wreath hanger and to the envy of all your friends and neighbors, you’re all decorative for the fall season!
What do you think? Is this something you could see yourself making? What’s your fave fall decor item or the fall decor item you don’t have yet but would love to pick up? Let me know in the comments below and thanks for reading!

November 12, 2014 at 9:51 amI think it’s very cute! And I would likely make this and give it to someone, as I don’t usually hang up wreaths. Though… it’s pretty, so maybe I should start!
