Many of you may have heard about Omnitrition and the Omni drops diet. What you may not know is that it actually works and it’s not as extreme or as difficult as you might think. I too was skeptical when I started my journey (check out my very first post about what I had gotten myself into here), but as a serial dieter with many failed attempts under my belt, I thought I may as well give it a shot…I mean what did I have to lose except the pounds right? And let me tell you, I did not make this decision lightly – I honestly researched and looked into Omnitrition for about a year before finally moving forward. It helps keep you accountable and helps you to know that others are experiencing the same frustrations and joys that you are along the way. And it’s not forever, once you get to your goal weight, and go through a few weeks of maintenance and stabilization, you can have all those goodies you loved again. Also, there are tons of health products, not just the drops program… so even if you just want to feel better, sleep better, lost 10 pounds or 100+ pounds, there is something to help you achieve your goal.

Now I’m not going to lie…it’s not all in the drops. They help you get where you want to go, but taking the Omni Challenge is a lifestyle change and it’s hard at first, but once you get a routine, you’ll find you don’t miss your old ways as much and you feel soooo much better! I figure I’ll try just about anything once and this time, I’m so glad I did!
