Have I mentioned before how much I love great deals? Well, I do. I love the challenge of finding a steal and the excitement of stumbling across something that you weren’t even looking for but can’t leave the store without. That’s one reason I love TJ Maxx. I really, really do. (No I’m not being compensated in any way for this post, I just really love this store.) I always find something that I love for a killer price when I go there. It’s not always something for me (actually, quite often it’s not); rather it may be a gift, or something for the hubby or kids, but the fact is rarely do I walk into TJ’s and come out empty handed. And what’s even better you ask? Well, they have layaway which is one of my very favorite things. I don’t know about you but I don’t always have the cash at the exact moment I find a stellar deal and I hate credit (seems to me that it’s not such a good deal once you factor in the interest you’re paying on the item when you use credit). Soooo, quite often I will use TJ Maxx’s 30 day layaway program which gives me roughly two more pay cycles to budget that little treasure in. Good thing too, because this last little gem was a bit spendy. Check out these beauties!!
Now these lovelies retail at $398.00 and I found them at TJ Maxx for $199.00 which is basically ½ off. I don’t usually spend that much on shoes (really like $40.00 is about my limit and even that makes me cringe sometimes), but I am a HUGE boot fan. All types of boots, dressy, riding, cowboy, snowboots, rain boots, doesn’t matter — give me a boot and I’ll rock it! And coincidentally, my last pair of “good work boots” that I have basically worn a couple times a week to my “real job” at the office for at least a couple of years now were getting pretty worn out and I had already been on the prowl for a replacement. As luck would have it I stumbled on these beauties and after putting to use TJ’s most helpful 30 day layaway program, they are all mine! Now to head back and find some killer deals on fall outfits to go with them…
