Omg what the heck is she talking about??!! That’s what you’re saying right? Well, I recently had an opportunity to try out a cleanse product, called The Amazing Miracle Cleanse from Green Tea Life Science, so I thought I’d take a minute to not only give you my thoughts on the product, but to update those of you who may be following, on my ongoing weight loss journey. And yes, this story does include all three things mentioned in the title.
Many, of you know I have been on the Omni diet protocol since April of this year, and have thus far been able to lose about 30 pounds. The good news is that I have been “off” the diet for a couple months now, and have gone back to basically my normal eating habits, and have been successfully maintaining my loss (give or take a couple pounds but that’s a fairly normal and insignificant weight fluctuation). Yay! It works! I do plan on starting another “dropping” round in the next couple weeks in attempt to shed the last 20-30 pounds I want to get rid of.
That being said, even though I’m maintaining my loss, I have always done a detox or cleanse a couple times a year. Not just for weight loss, but it just helps you feel better, helps with bloating, and regularity and just makes you fell less “weighted down”…at least it does me. So I wanted to keep up that habit which is why I was willing to give The Amazing Miracle Cleanse a try.
This particular cleanse is in capsule form and the bottle indicates that you should take 1 capsule as needed, or for the 15 day detox, to take 1 capsule twice a day for the 15 days.
I started out taking the 2 capsules a day with the goal of completing the 15 day detox, and the first few days went well. I did see results in the first couple of days in that I was noticeably less bloated and I did drop a couple of pounds so that was awesome. However, I did experience some cramps when taking two capsules a day…they were not constant or totally unbearable, but definitely not welcomed and a couple times, they did get pretty intense. Just ask my husband who thought I was dying or crazy when I took off in the middle of a sentence on more than one occasion. I finally reduced my intake to 1 capsule a day and that seemed to be just fine. I think maybe two was just too much for my system to tolerate and others may not have that issue at all. Despite the slight issue with cramps, I do think The Amazing Miracle Cleanse does work as it says it will and it works well. It’s something I may use again, but I’ll know to only take one a day and not try to push it with the 15 day detox.
If you’re interested in giving it a try, The Amazing Miracle Cleanse can be purchased at Amazon.com and if you use the code TOMOSON5 during checkout you can get $10 OFF of your order.
Do you or have you used a cleanse or detox product before? What’s your favorite? Let me know in the comments below and thanks for reading!
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
