Thank you to General Mills and Usher for sponsoring today’s post, but my love for Honey Nut Cheerios and awesome music is all my own!
Do you have kids? A job? Any responsibilities that require being an adult, getting out of bed, getting motivated, and doing something with your day? Yeah, I thought so…most of us do. It’s not always fun am I right? If you’re anything like me and my family, mornings are hard, real hard, and I don’t care how long we have the same routine, they don’t get any easier. We have some days that are better than others, but I’m going to be honest, mornings can be a pretty grumpy time around our house. We’ve got to really work at it to be happy before noon around this place and one thing that I’ve found that helps with everyone’s attitude is a quick, healthy, breakfast, and some good tunes to start the day off right.
One of the fave’s around our house has always been Honey Nut Cheerios. They taste great so the kids are happy and it’s a heart healthy option so mom’s happy too. Dad’s happy whenever he gets fed so we’re good there! One of the only things that can make a great breakfast even better is good music to get you motivated. Morning dance party anyone? Yes please!! I mean who can be in a bad mood after an impromptu dance party with all of your very favorite people?! Our family is a very diverse music loving family and Usher is always on our playlist which is why his partnership with Honey Nut Cheerios is even more exciting!
Word on the street is that Usher is releasing a brand new album and lucky for us, Honey Nut Cheerios is giving everyone who picks up a specially marked box, a chance to get a sneak peek! Since I know you can’t wait to hear it, be sure to visit your local Walmart to purchase the exclusive Usher and Honey Nut Cheerios promotional boxes and hear this awesome song “Clueless” for yourself. What’s even better is that you can’t get this song anywhere else right now, so you’ll definitely be “in the know” where the best up and coming music is concerned! Make sure you check here before you go though to find a $1.00 off coupon for your purchase! Don’t wait too long because something this good won’t last forever and this promotion will end on December 31, 2014.
What helps you get your morning started off right? Is music a part of your wake up and get motivated routine? Let me know in the comments below and thanks for reading!

I do like to listen to music to get going! I also eat Cheerios but not typically with milk. I eat it as a dry snack – sometimes mixed with dried cranberries – YUM!

Cheerios are soo yummy!! I always have green tea in the mornings. When I’m really tired and unmotivated, I drink coffee though I try to stay away from it

Morning are rough, >.> I am terrible at mornings. I prefer a warm breakfast personally, but my kids will eat… well whatever they want at random. It’s been awhile since I’ve had Honey Nut Cherrios though… I should get some!
