We drink a lot of milk at our house. I considered buying my daughter a cow for Christmas…seriously, the thought really crossed my mind. It’s that bad good. I say “bad” because it can result in something similar to how I imagine a nuclear meltdown…the screams and frantic running about don’t stop until we’ve re-stocked the supply with an emergency run to the corner market. I say good because what better thing for the kids to be hooked on?
Why Milk?
There’s more to an 8 oz serving of milk than you might realize. It truly is one of life’s super foods. Milk has 8 grams of high-quality protein. Protein is fuel for the body, which could be the difference between just living life…and milking it. Milk also has 9 essential nutrients, including 8 grams of high-quality protein in each 8 ounce glass. What other foods and drinks can say that? Why in the heck wouldn’t you want to start every day with the power of milk? I can think of zero reasons.
The Milk Life Challenge
Starting on May 11 through June 10, we will be putting an expiration date on the every day, posing 31 Milk Life Challenges via Milk Life’s owned social media properties. Make sure you check out the Facebook Page to find the day’s challenge. Each challenge will last only 24 hours – to inspire Americans to wring just a little bit more out of each day – to be their very best in every way. To really “Milk Life” and live in the moment. We ask youb to join us as we challenge people everywhere to show us how they live life to the fullest – life at its best, how they wring every last drop out of every single moment, and how they embody the “carpe diem” mantra in inspiring ways. Because that’s what we call “Milking Life”.
How do you “Milk Life” every day? Will you be participating in the Milk Life Challenge? Let me know in the comments below and thanks for reading!
