We drink a lot of milk at our house. I considered buying my daughter a cow for Christmas…seriously, the thought really crossed my mind. It’s that
bad good. I say “bad” because it can result in something similar to how I imagine a nuclear meltdown…the screams and frantic running about don’t stop until we’ve re-stocked the supply with an emergency run to the corner market. I say good because what better thing for the kids to be hooked on?
There’s more to an 8 oz serving of milk than you might realize. It truly is one of life’s super foods. Milk has 8 grams of high-quality protein. Protein is fuel for the body, which could be the difference between just living life…and milking it.
