It’s been a while since I brought you an awesome sweepstakes, but man have I got some cool stuff to share with you today! You’re probably saying “flooring?? How cool can that be?” Well to me flooring is one of the most exciting things ever (I know, I need to get out more). You see, when we moved in to the house we live in now, the flooring was horrible and desperately needed replaced. We needed something more durable and what was in the house was just worn and it felt like you could never get it clean.
What did I do you ask? I went out and I replaced the carpet in the main living room (because that’s all we could afford – one room at at time) with some awesome Mohawk carpeting. It’s been a few years, but it’s held up great and I still love it. Now though, I’ve decided I want laminate in the remaining “main” rooms of the house (the kitchen and the family room). Once I decide which finish I love most, I’m hoping to be able to put in the Mohawk ArmorMax laminate floors.

I’m having a hard time deciding between the Rustic Legacy Sandcastle Oak finish and the Sandbridge Country Natural Hickory, but I think I’m leaning toward the latter.
