At first I considered simply celebrating and drinking my way through it, but then I thought about all of the other stuff that you can do with the popular spirit. I’m not much into alcoholic drinks and rarely cook with it either. I do imagine it would be a great meat tenderizer.

No I did not know this was national bourbon month but I am glad to know this now! I love your recipe ideas but is it okay if I still just decide to drink though it? I always have my all time favorite bottle of bourbon on hand! 🙂
