Does anyone else get that “I don’t know what I’m supposed to be doing this time of year” feeling? It’s not quite Thanksgiving so legally I’m not supposed to be in full blown Christmas mode, but if I don’t get in gear I won’t be ready for the most splendid holiday of the year. Quite the quandry really. So even though I’m not fully decorated, just sneaking in a snowflake here and a reindeer there, I do have a pretty good start on my gift shopping. I actually tend to start this in like July because I just get so excited!
One group I can’t leave out off of the gift list is my fur-kids. If you’ve been around you know we are owned by five canine kids. Yes, five. (I try to say 3.5 because the two littles barely weigh 6 lbs together and it just sounds less “hoarder” like.) But no we are not dog hoarders, we just love dogs and every time we “rescue” one, we can’t bear to part with them so they become permanent members of the family. Every.Single.Time. And as members of the family they all receive their own Christmas gifts and stockings. This year I’ll be stuffing those particular stockings with BLUE™ Santa Snacks.
BLUE Santa Snacks are healthy dog treats made with natural ingredients to celebrate the holidays and our special connection with our dogs. My hounds really appreciate the fact that they are baked with high quality ingredients, like all Blue Buffalo products, including oatmeal and cinnamon. Mom likes the fact that they are grain-free and contain natural ingredients making them healthy dog treats.
A little secret…we found our BLUE Santa Snacks at PetSmart. We pretty much go there for everything animal, fish, reptile, or bird and as you can see, Bella’s little gal Molly had no problem finding what she wanted for Christmas this year! (Don’t mind the rag-a-muffin hairdo my daughter is sporting…this is her “natural hair” look…don’t judge.)
Of course something this good won’t be around forever and these delictable treats are limited edition so to learn more about BLUE Santa Snacks be sure to visit the website and don’t forget to follow @BlueBuffalo on Facebook, Twitter, and of course Instagram. Your pups will thank you!
Do your pets get Christmas gifts each year? How do you include the four-legged family members into the holiday festivities? Let me know in the comments below and thanks for reading!
