One thing I need to be a lot better at? Taking care of myself. It’s actually one of my goals for this year. I take care of the kids, the dogs, the cats, the horses, even the lizard and of course the hubby. I take care of friends, customers, and heck, even perfect strangers if I knew they needed it, but I don’t take enough time to take care of me as well as I should. That’s a mom thing right? We’re all kind of like that? Selfless to a fault (okay maybe that’s slightly exaggerated, but you get the picture). Point is I need to do a better job of that so that I can continue to be the best mom, wife, friend, and all around rock star that I can be.
One way I can do that is by making sure I’m using the right vitamins and supplements. Nature Made, the nation’s #1 best-selling brand for quality vitamins, minerals and supplements*, makes that ridiculously easy. It’s a great way to help support nutritional gaps and it’s convenient. It’s also really easy and cost effective to pick them up at your local Walmart – no sale required!
How will I keep up with those crazy kids if I don’t take care of me? If you feel like you might need a little inspiration in your life, be sure to sign up and be part of the Nature Made Daily Boost program. It’s free and a little dose of inspiration in your e-mail box never hurt anyone. If you’re a social media junkie like me and you happen to be on Twitter, be sure to join the “Stay on Track” Twitter Party on Tuesday, February 9th at 1pm ET.
As if personal wellness and a little inspiration isn’t enough, Influence Central is hosting a contest where you can enter to win one of 20 $50 Walmart gift cards. I know that’s something I can certainly put to good use! The contest is currently open and will end on 2/15/16 so check out the entry form below and don’t waste any time getting your entries in for your chance win.
