So your kiddos class party is this Friday you say? They need how many delicious treats? You’ve got to be kidding – who has time for this right? Fortunately some of the best treats, are also some of the easiest. It helps that they’re ridiculously adorable as well. Since we’re all in a hurry I’m just going to cut to the chase and show you how to make these insanely easy Gingerbread Man Pops!
Gingerbread Man Pops
Supplies
10-12 Large Marshmallows
(*if you need to make more than one dozen, just multiply the rest of the measured ingredients by how many dozen you’re making)
1 Cup Butterscotch Discs/Melts (any flavor could be used if you’re not a butterscotch fan)
Sucker Sticks
Black edible marker or White Icing Writer
Candy eyes
Assortment of candies/sprinkles (candy balls, hearts, flowers)
Foam block (to hold the pops while drying)
Directions
Insert sucker sticks into bottom of Marshmallows.
Now take your butterscotch discs and put in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir. Continue to do this until discs are all melted.
Dip each marshmallow into the melted butterscotch discs, tap on side to remove excess.
Insert pop into the foam block. Let cool for just a minute or two before adding your candies. This will allow the candies to stick without falling off.
Once all pops are dry, take either your black edible marker or your white icing writer and draw the smiles on!
They are ready to be served or stored in an airtight container!
