Cooking…a necessary evil. Okay, maybe it’s not that bad but I’m a busy girl and sometimes I just wish there were a faster, easier way to get an entire meal on the table. And clean up, don’t get me started on that…sometimes that’s worse than the planning and cooking itself. Am I right?!  I’ve found the most amazing little appliance ever though – the Griddler® Deluxe by Cuisinart®.

Want to know what I really love about this baby though? I love the fact that my husband loves it and as a result, offers to make breakfast and dinner on a regular basis. Winning!  Part of the reason he’s so willing to do this is because it’s soooo easy to clean up! You can cook an entire breakfast on the griddle, and then just remove the plates and toss them in the dish washer. It doesn’t get any easier than that right?
