I’m an Avocado fan. You may have seen my Chocolate Avocado Cupcakes a while back. You’d be surprised at how useful they are, but avocados are often put in a bad light because they are told to have high fat content. But this so-called fat is basically just monounsaturated fat, which is an essential part for lowering your cholesterol levels. It’s also the reason why health conscious foodies often opt to have them as a substitute for butter. Avocados on toast, anyone?
