We just got home from being on vacation almost two weeks and it was pretty great. I’ll be sharing more about that over the next couple of weeks because we did some pretty awesome stuff while we were in Florida. Re-entry is never easy and I had to come up with something to feed the savages even though I haven’t even come close to a grocery store yet. Fortunately I had some stuff in the freezer before we left so a little thawing and we were in business. Now I don’t know why this isn’t a recipe I’ve shared before because it’s a frequent flyer on our meal rotation; at least once a month or so, but better late than never so for your dining enjoyment, Chicken Fried Pork Steaks!
