It’s time for holiday parties and that means drinks and snacks to cater to the masses. This delicous Cranberry Ginger fizz is not only beautiful and delicious, it can be make in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions depending on your needs.
Cranberry Ginger Fizz
Serving size: Four 8oz glasses
Ingredients
1 bottle Cranberry Juice
2 liter bottle of Ginger Ale
1/2 cup Sweet and Sour mix
2 TBSP Sugar (or sugar substitute)
Fresh Cranberries for garnish
Ice
Lime slices
Salt to rim glasses
*to make this an alcoholic drink, add 1 shot of Vodka to each 8 oz glass
Instructions
Pour equal parts of Cranberry juice and Ginger Ale in a pitcher and stir. Add 1/2 cup Sweet and Sour mix and stir. Dip your glasses edges in water and then dip in a plate filled with Margarita salt. Pour into glasses about ¾ full with ice. (If you choose the alcoholic version, add 1 shot of vodka to each glass.) Toss fresh cranberries in sugar
Garnish with sugar cranberries and a lime slice.
