September is National Better Breakfast Month which is awesome because breakfast has some of the best foods out there…bacon anyone? Breakfast is one of the only meals that you can also pass off for lunch and even dinner. Think about it, bacon and eggs or quiche for dinner? Totally acceptable. A baked chicken dish or eggplant for dinner? Not quite as appetizing.
